A dedicated database
Not a shared table with a tenant column — your workspace gets its own database. Your data lives on its own.
Your own workspace. Your own database. Never co-mingled.
Every company gets its own dedicated workspace at yourcompany.apexfieldreports.com with a dedicated database. Your inspections, photos, and reports are never co-mingled with another customer's data.
Not a shared table with a tenant column — your workspace gets its own database. Your data lives on its own.
Work at yourcompany.apexfieldreports.com. Your team logs in to a space that's unmistakably yours.
If you ever cancel, you get 30 days to export everything — PDFs, photos, inspection data — before the workspace is deleted.
Apex provisions your workspace the moment you check out — usually a couple of minutes — and emails your login. No charge until the 7-day free trial converts.
